JM Europe Events coordinates stand planning, equipment, installation, show support and dismantling for Chinese exhibitors. Requirements are confirmed in Chinese, then translated into an executable local plan based on venue rules, access times, logistics and the functions the stand must support.

What affects the quotation
Pricing depends on the city and venue, stand area, structure, materials, graphics, furniture, AV, power, rigging, transport, access windows and crew. A floor plan, exhibitor manual, reference images and event dates allow us to separate required and optional items.
Local European delivery
With a warehouse in the Milan area and EU-wide project coverage, we coordinate venue, logistics, build and equipment teams through installation, checks, live support and handover.

Do you coordinate venue access rules?
We review the venue information provided and coordinate the agreed access, installation and handover tasks.
Do you work outside Italy?
Projects can be supported across the EU, subject to city, dates, scale, transport and crew availability.
